I need to take care of myself! I'm the mom! When I'm dragging, everyone else starts to drag too.

After I make sure the bills are paid and the child is fed and changed, I have to force myself to think of me. Exercise, relax, and do something spiritually uplifting - that's my goal. That makes my day run smoothly. Oh, and has someone invented a prenatal vitamin reminder yet?



In order to have dinner, make it healthy, and not be exhausted afterwards, I like the idea quick cooking. Crockpot meals are amazing because I can make the meal in advance, and then at 5pm, make a salad and another side, even a drink! and I'm not huffing and puffing to the dinner table.
